At Innotech Industrial Filtration we’re passionate about filtration.
The filtration industry covers many major areas including separations, de-misting and coalescing. Each area is unique in some ways with verbiage and technology and can provide performance solutions for many processes. Having an intimate knowledge of these technologies and terms our engineers can provide solutions for the toughest filter applications.

The industry is comprised of over 20 major market segments; aerospace, chemical, automotive, microelectronics, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, power gen, refining, water and wastewater, and many other areas. While we have experience in most all of the markets our major focus has been the chemical, refining, oil & gas, power gen, mining , and water and wastewater segments. Issues like lubrication & hydraulics traverse all of the segments as rotating equipment is universal.

When it comes to the processes, each segment traditionally has specialized filter configurations and filtration media requirements with some spanning multiple segments. Only a few filter manufacturer’s access more than a half-dozen of the major segments, because of diverse product and use requirements.

Many filter manufacturers concentrate on a limited number of industry segments. With a few exceptions each company specializes in a limited number of products, markets and end-use applications.

In the case of filtration media, there are eight major categories and many other specialty media types, with an almost endless list of variants, each with specific constructions to serve varying filtration needs. We deal and are familiar with all of the available standard media and also develop and test custom media to solve our client’s filtration issues. We have helped clients save $Millions in hard dollars with custom solutions. We take pride in ‘thinking outside the box’ to find solutions for tough applications that our competition can’t solve, or their solution is cost prohibitive.

We also utilize a number of laboratories for quantifying the contaminants and testing to help qualify one or more possible solutions. We always consider our clients as partners and utilize their input when designing or proposing possible options to solve their filtrations issues.
